Shipping Policies & Rates

• Orders are processed within 1- 2 business day(s) of your purchase on average.
• All packages are shipped from our Midwest shipping facility
• You can expect to see your package 2-5 business days after your order is shipped (sorry Hawaii and Alaska, yours may take longer!)
• To expedite the shipping process, we may ship multiple packages to you for one order
• We will never charge you handling or packaging fees
• Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with your unique tracking number and shipping method
• We will use one of the following trusted shipping providers: USPS or FedEx
• Shipping is a flat rate charge of $7.00 or FREE for orders over $99 in the contiguous United States
• Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping. We ship from our centrally located Midwest warehouse. Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days.
• At this time, we are only able to ship certain brands outside of the contiguous US. If you’re located in Alaska or Hawaii, we are only able to ship you Pawstruck or Redbarn brand products.

Free Shipping

I don't know about you, but we love receiving free shipping when we shop online! If you live in the contiguous US*, you are in luck. If the subtotal of your order is above $99 you will automatically see your shipping fee waived upon checkout. Keep that in mind while shopping, since an extra Bully Stick or two may qualify you for the free postage, and what dog wouldn't appreciate a few extra natural dog chews!
