December's Pet of the Month
Time to give a big woof to our Pet of the Month for December, Bingo!
Bingo’s journey began on a quiet summer night in July, when a police officer spotted him wandering alone in the middle of the street. He was brought to the Newport Beach Shelter, where it didn’t take long for his fur-ever family to find him, and they knew right away that he was meant to come home with them!
Believed to be a Norfolk Terrier mix, Bingo fully lives up to the terrier reputation for being clever and quick-witted. Moments after arriving at his new home, he cracked the code on the doggy door like a pro. He’s also pawsitivley the best when it comes to learning new tricks. Sit? Done. Lay down? Easy. Stay? Mastered. Bingo loves learning new tricks and showing off his impressive skills!
His family keeps his days full of fun and adventure. Twice a day, Bingo struts his stuff on long walks, soaking in the sights and indulging in plenty of sniff time. At home, you’ll find him happily playing tug-of-war with just about anything, or chewing away on his favorite Bully Rings (excellent choice, Bingo!).
From a late-night rescue to the heart of his fur-ever family, Bingo embodies everything we celebrate: love, resilience, joy, and the power of second chances. To help celebrate Bingo and his pack, we commissioned a portrait just for him! Let us know what you think in the comments below!
