How Can I Check The Status of My Pup’s Order?

How Much Is Shipping?

Orders of $49 and over ship for FREE!* Any orders under $49 ships for a flat shipping rate of $7.

What Service Do You Use To Ship My Pup’s Order?

We use USPS or FedEx to deliver your package, whichever is more efficient.

Do You Ship Outside the United States?

We love our pack that lives outside the US, however, we are currently unable to offer international shipping. Our pack is working on being able to ship to pack members all over the world! Want to be the first to know when that happens? SEND US A MESSAGE › and we will let you know first!
