- Contact us to receive the RMA # and start the return process.

Once you have your RMA #, send your return back to this address including your RMA # inside the package:

If the free promotional item isn’t returned along with the rest of the order, its value will be deducted from your refund. - If only part of a bulk order is returned, the original bulk discount will no longer apply. That means the savings from the discounted pricing will be deducted from the refund amount.
