Steps to Return

  1. Contact us to receive the RMA # and start the return process.
  2. Once you have your RMA #, send your return back to this address including your RMA # inside the package:

  3. The product must be in new and unused condition, just like your pup received it.

  • Did your pup score a free gift with their order? Lucky dog!
     If the free promotional item isn’t returned along with the rest of the order, its value will be deducted from your refund.
  • If only part of a bulk order is returned, the original bulk discount will no longer apply. That means the savings from the discounted pricing will be deducted from the refund amount.
