Introducing Buddy, our sweet senior Pet of the Month who’s turning the big 1-0 this month! At 116 pounds of pure love, this gentle giant is a German Shepherd full of love, loyalty, and just the right amount of goofy charm.

Buddy may have a few years under his collar, but don’t let his age fool you. This pup’s still got plenty of pep in his step! Whether he’s chasing squirrels, deer, or just supervising baby bunnies playing tag, Buddy’s world is full of gentle wonder (and wagging tails).

Despite his size, he’s a total softie when it comes to belly rubs, ear scritches, and being around his favorite hoomans! He’s the kind of pup who’s always down to paw-ty, especially with his little sister Pixie, a rescue who joined his family pack last year. Buddy’s the best big brother, happily sharing toys and leading every playdate with heart and tail wags.

Buddy is also a seasoned traveler who proudly claims the front seat on RV adventures while his hooman siblings snooze in the back. He enjoys being on the open road and takes his title of co-pilot very seriously! 

When it comes to treats, Buddy’s top pick is Pawstruck’s Beef Jerky Joint Health Treats. His parents love that they’re tasty and support joint health. Buddy and Pixie both go mutts for them!
