We know what a busy life you have— we also know keeping your furry friend's treats, chews, and food on hand is important to you. We want to make your life easier and that's why we created our auto-ship option!

Signing up is easy! Just visit your favorite product page, choose the quantity you want, and click on the autoship check box. Select your delivery interval from the drop down box, then add to cart. Check out is the same simple process as always.

The same products, the same way, only simplified and even more convenient. No need to call in or go online to place the order every time. Set it up to fit your personalized needs!

We created our Pawstruck subscription program to reward our loyal customers with an added discount and a more convenient way to keep the treats coming! You can even set up subscriptions on dog food and cat food, so you’ll never have to worry about not having a can or roll of food ready at mealtime.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up an account?

Setting up an account is easy! You can do it online by selecting the products you would like to order, then select the Subscribe and Save option along with the time interval you would like it shipped. You then just complete your order as normal.

You can set it up yourself or by giving us a call at 1-800-715-4955 Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm (PST) and we would be happy to assist you on creating your auto-ship subscription! 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will only be charged the day the order is placed.

How often will the subscription come?

You can set up your delivery for just about any time interval that works for you. Ranging from 1 week to 16 weeks

Can I change the delivery date?

You can change the delivery date any time before the order is placed by going on to your account online or giving us a call at 1-800-715-4955

What if I still have product left over from a previous shipment and do not need my next order?

You can extend the time between orders as long as the order has not yet shipped. Simply sign on to your account and change the upcoming delivery date to better fit your pup’s needs.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is absolutely no contact for the auto-ship subscriptions. We created it solely with your convenience in mind, so there is absolutely no cancellation fee!

Is there a cancellation time cut off?

You will be sent a notification email of your upcoming shipment five days before it is processed. You can cancel, hold or adjust your order at any time before it is shipped.

Will my pricing change?

Barring some extreme product price changes on our end, your price is locked in with your continuous 5% discount as long as you keep your subscription going.

What if I need to put it on hold?

No problem! Life happens, whatever the reason may be you are free to put your subscription on hold as long as you need.

Don't need your order this month but want to continue getting it after that? You can choose to skip single shipments without canceling your order or putting it on hold.

You can do so by logging onto your online account or giving us a call at 1-800-715-4955.

Can I change which product is shipped?

Yes! Maybe your precious pooch is a little tired of their bully sticks and wants to mix it up with the cow ears, no problem! You can add or substitute products any time before your next shipment by going online or we can assist you. Just drop us a line at 1-800-715-4955 or contact@pawstruck.com

Can I have multiple products on auto-ship?

Sure! Who are we to stop your furry friend from receiving ALL of their favorite treats, chews or food. You can add as many products to your auto-ship subscription as you would like.

How will I know when my order is on its way?

We will send you an email 5 days before the order is set to process. Once the order has shipped we will send you another email with the tracking information. You can also reach out to us at contact@pawstruck.com, call us at 1-800-715-4955 or Pawstruck live-chat on the site Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.

Hi, I'm Kyle, founder of Pawstruck. When my dog, Tyson, was a puppy, I noticed a disturbing trend when buying him treats from pet stores. The ingredient lists were gibberish. Artificial ingredients were in everything, and the scientific jargon was overwhelming. Butylated hydroxytoluene, ascorbyl palmitate, ethoxyquin…huh???

I scoured the Internet to find reasonably priced, natural treats and chews, but they weren't available. That frustration became my inspiration for creating Pawstruck.
