How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is easy! You can do it online by selecting the products you would like to order, then select the Subscribe and Save option along with the time interval you would like it shipped. You then just complete your order as normal. After you checkout, your order will automatically renew in the future based on the schedule you selected.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will only be charged the day the order is renewed.
How often will the subscription come?
You can set up your delivery for just about any time interval that works for you. Ranging from 1 week to 16 weeks. After you checkout, your order will automatically renew in the future based on the schedule you selected.
Can I change the delivery date?
You can change the delivery date any time before the order is placed by going on to your account online or giving us a call at 1-800-715-4955
What if I still have product left over from a previous shipment and do not need my next order?
You can extend the time between orders as long as the order has not yet shipped. Simply sign on to your account and change the upcoming delivery date to better fit your pup’s needs.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is absolutely no contract for the auto-ship subscriptions. We created it solely with your convenience in mind, so there is absolutely no cancellation fee!
Is there a cancellation time cut off?
You will be sent a notification email of your upcoming shipment five days before it is processed. You can cancel, hold or adjust your order at any time before it is shipped.
Will my pricing change?
Barring some extreme product price changes on our end, your price is locked in with your continuous 5% discount as long as you keep your subscription going.
What if I need to put it on hold?
No problem! Life happens, whatever the reason may be you are free to put your subscription on hold as long as you need.
Don't need your order this month but want to continue getting it after that? You can choose to skip single shipments without canceling your order or putting it on hold.

Can I change which product is shipped?
Yes! Maybe your precious pooch is a little tired of their bully sticks and wants to mix it up with the cow ears, no problem! You can add or substitute products any time before your next shipment by going online or we can assist you. Just drop us a line at 1-800-715-4955 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I have multiple products on auto-ship?
Sure! Who are we to stop your furry friend from receiving ALL of their favorite treats, chews or food. You can add as many products to your auto-ship subscription as you would like.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
We will send you an email 5 days before the order is set to process. Once the order has shipped we will send you another email with the tracking information.
Your order automatically renews based on the schedule you selected when you first checked out (or, if you've made changes since then, based on the schedule you set in your account). After renewal your subscription order goes through our same shipment process as any other order.
