Orders are processed within 3 business days of your purchase (our shipping team, the Broadway cast of Cats, who work with us during their off-season are pretty quick for felines without thumbs!)

• Orders placed after 12:00PM PST are processed the next business day.
• All order are shipped from our Kansas warehouse so pups across the country so tails everywhere can start wagging sooner!
• Order shipped with Free Shipping typically arrive within 7 business days after your order is shipped.  AK, HI, PR  and APO/AFO may take up to 30 days.)
• Once shipped, our Kansas pack will send tracking information to your pack via email!
• Free Shipping on orders OVER $49.99.

If the subtotal of your order is above $49.99 you will automatically see your shipping fee waived upon checkout.
*Free shipping promotions are only for the contiguous US with physical street addresses. Additional charges may apply to PO Boxes.

International Shipping
We love our pack that lives outside the US, however, we are currently unable to offer international shipping. Our pack is working on being able to ship to pack members all over the world!
